We have a talented team of artists to teach our classes - many who come from top salons including Cutler, patrick mcivor color studios and hush salon. Everyone on the team is dedicated to helping you learn new techniques and enhance your skills as a colorist.
Rachel Bodt
As Senior Colorist at Cutler/Redken Salon in SoHo, New York City, Rachel Bodt has immersed herself in the fashion and beauty world by working with renowned fashion models and celebrities. Upon graduating from the Aveda Cosmetology School at the age of 18, Rachel jump-started her career at Toni & Guy where she took advanced courses in hairdressing, color placement and styling. Her expertise gave her the opportunity to work with top brands L'Oreal, Wella and Redken and the opportunity to work at the prestigious Cutler/Redken Salon in New York City.
In addition to her work at the salon, Rachel has become a part of the dynamic Cutler Color Education Team. By traveling and educating other hairdressers nationwide on placement and design, she has fulfilled her desire to teach others. Rachel looks at hair as a canvas to paint on and every creation is unique. She is known for strategically applying highlights for beautiful natural results that still have a very glamorous feel.
Sought after for her impressive knowledge of color, Rachel's celebrity clientele includes Rachael Ray, Nikki Taylor and Kaley Cuoco. Her work has also been featured on hit shows including Make Me a Supermodel and The Rachael Ray Show. She has been profiled in Metro New York, Sheckys.com and CitySearch.com.
