With over 25 years of industry experience including extensive training with the Wella Institute, the Redken Exchange, and Vidal Sassoon, Toni teaches Product Club classes nationwide and shares her vast knowledge of hair color and the latest techniques. Working as a freelance artist, Toni specializes in innovative color placement as well as precision cutting.
